DENNIS MAN THROWS DOPE OUT WINDOW

March 24, 2017

On March 18, 2017, Tishomingo Sheriff Deputies conducted a traffic stop on CR 23 in the Dennis area, for erratic driving.  After the vehicle was stopped, the deputies went back to where a black box was thrown from the vehicle during the traffic stop.  The deputies opened the box and discovered some alleged METHAMPHETAMINE as well as items that are used to conceal and use meth.  The driver was then transported to the Tishomingo County Jail and charged.

JAMES BRADY CASS, 23-year-old, white male of 9 CR 45 Dennis, Mississippi was officially charged with FELONY POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETMAMINE).  CASS’s bond was set at $2,500 by Justice Court.
