INMATE VISITATION
CORONAVIRUS.jpg
EFFECTIVE MARCH 12, 2020
Due to the recent outbreak of the Corona-virus and recommendations from the World Health Organizations (WHO) and the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), we have suspended ALL visitations and Clergy visits until further notice.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Video-Visitation is recommended for families at this time.  For information on this, please see the below information.  Also, we are providing a link to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on what everyone needs to be doing at this time.

For "In-House" Visitations please call 662-423-7000 on Fridays between the hours of 10am - 6pm to schedule a visit.  Visiting hours on Saturday are between the hours of 10am - 6pm.  "In-House" visits are kept to a STRICT time limit, so show up a few minutes early to sign in.

We now offer a more convenient way for you to visit your loved ones.  We now offer you the option to use your mobile device to do a visit from anywhere you have a cellular or internet connection. For more information on how to do this, please visit City Tele Coin website for more information.

If your device is either an Apple Product or a Google Product, City Tele Coin, has apps in both the App Store and Google Play for you to download.

(If you experience "lagging" or "freezing", please be aware that this is due primarily to the connection between your device and the base units used at the jail.  All base units at the jail are equip with a Fiber-Optic connection, which give the inmates and those receiving the video/audio a more direct and clearer connection.  Be aware that if you do experience any video issues, check your connection.  If you are using a cellular connection, this will sometimes cause a lag in video transferring on the mobile device end.  If you have a strong cellular signal and are still incurring problems, be aware of your surroundings.  Tall buildings, metal roofs, or other equipment may interfere with the signal.  The Tishomingo County Jail is not responsible for any "bad video signals" that you may encounter.)

Just click on your desired platform to download the app.
