DISTURBANCE LEADS TO DRUG ARREST

On June 15, 2017, the Tishomingo Sheriff’s Department responded to a call to a residence in the Tishomingo area, in reference to a disturbance. When deputies arrived at the residence, the deputies arrested the individual causing said disturbance. During the course of the arrest, deputies noticed the individual attempting to hide a pill bottle which contained some alleged METHAMPHETAMINE. The alleged narcotic was seized and the individual was transported to the Tishomingo County Jail.
CASEY JAMES HOLMAN, 34-year-old, white male, of 129 CR 55 Tishomingo, Mississippi was officially charged with FELONY POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE) and FAMILY DISTURBANCE. HOLMAN’s bond was set by Justice Court on the drug charge at $5,000.00.
