HEROIN ARREST MADE IN TISHOMINGO COUNTY

On June 19, 2017, the Tishomingo Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop on HWY 72 east for Careless Driving.  During the course of the traffic stop, deputies learned that the driver had suspended driving license for a DUI conviction in Tennessee.  Deputies placed the driver under arrest and during a search of the driver, deputies found a clear bag in the front pocket of the driver.  The bag contained alleged HEROIN.  The driver was transported and placed in custody of the Tishomingo County Jail.

JASON SCOTT BOLES, 42-year-old, white male, 309 Elizabeth Court, Smyrna, Tennessee was officially charged with FELON POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (HEROIN).  BOLE’s bond was set by Justice Court at $7,500.00.
