SNOWDOWN RESIDENT ARRESTED FOR DRUGS

On July 10, 2017, the Tishomingo Sheriff’s Department was dispatched to a residence in the Snowdown Community due to a disturbance that was going on.  When deputies arrived on scene, they met with Scotty Silvers, who was involved in a prior disturbance.  While speaking with Silvers, the deputies observed some alleged narcotics and paraphernalia in plain sight.  Silvers was then transported to the Tishomingo County Jail.

SCOTTY SILVERS, 26-year-old, white male of 323 CR 246 Iuka, Mississippi was officially charged with FELONY POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE).  SILVER’s remains in custody at the Tishomingo County Jail.
