TENNESSEE MAN ARRESTED FOR METH

On July 27, 2017, the Tishomingo County Sheriff’s Department along with the Mississippi Highway Patrol, were conducting a Safety Check-point, just north of Belmont on HWY 25. During the course of the Safety Check-point, a vehicle comes through and officers determined that the driver may be under the influence. The officers asked the driver did he have anything illegal in his vehicle and the driver admitted to the officers that he did. The officers retrieved a bag of alleged METHAMPHETAMINE that was found in the console of the vehicle. The driver was then placed under arrest and transported to the Tishomingo County Jail.
KYLE SHAWN HAUSER, 31-year-old, white male of 75 Sandstone Drive Counce, Tennessee was officially charged with FELONY POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE). HAUSER is currently being held in the Tishomingo County Jail awaiting bond to be set.
