TISHOMINGO SHERIFF’S OFFICE CHARGES ANOTHER ONE FOR BURGLARY

On December 4, 2017, the Tishomingo Sheriff’s Office officially charged MATTHEW CHARLES LINTON, with BURGLARY OF DWELLING. This was due to the ongoing investigation that was uncovered a few weeks ago involving several different residential burglaries and several different suspects’. LINTON was accused by investigators in a burglary on CR 225 area of the county. STEVEN GRAY and JAMMIE MOORE were recently arrested for their part in a burglary at another location in the county. More arrests are still pending, not only in this case but others as well.
MATTHEW CHARLES LINTON, 31-year-old, white male of 720 HWY 365 North Burnsville, Mississippi was officially charged with BURGLARY OF DWELLING. LINTON’S bond was initially set at $30,000.00 but was later lowered by the court to $15,000.00. LINTON was able to make bond and this case will be presented to the next available Grand Jury.
