December 7, 2017

On December 4, 2017, the Tishomingo Sheriff’s Office officially charged MATTHEW CHARLES LINTON, with BURGLARY OF DWELLING.  This was due to the ongoing investigation that was uncovered a few weeks ago involving several different residential burglaries and several different suspects’.  LINTON was accused by investigators in a burglary on CR 225 area of the county.  STEVEN GRAY and JAMMIE MOORE were recently arrested for their part in a burglary at another location in the county.  More arrests are still pending, not only in this case but others as well.

MATTHEW CHARLES LINTON, 31-year-old, white male of 720 HWY 365 North Burnsville, Mississippi was officially charged with BURGLARY OF DWELLING.  LINTON’S bond was initially set at $30,000.00 but was later lowered by the court to $15,000.00.  LINTON was able to make bond and this case will be presented to the next available Grand Jury.
