TENNESSEE WOMAN CHARGED WITH INTRODUCTION OF NARCOTICS INTO A JAIL

 **update with the bond information**

January 22, 2018

On January 11, 2018, Tishomingo Sheriff Deputies conducted a traffic stop just off of HWY 72 in Burnsville for a traffic violation.  During the course of the traffic stop, deputies learned that the driver had an outstanding WARRANT from another agency.  The driver was then transported to the Tishomingo County Jail on the WARRANT.  Once at the jail, Correction Officers discovered that the driver had hid some alleged METHAMPHETAMINE on her person during booking.

JENNIFER D. HARMON, 39-year-old, 11895 HWY 57 Pickwick, Tennessee was officially charged with INTRODUCITON OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE) INTO A CORRECTIONAL FACILITY.  Justice Court set bond for the FELONY charge at $2,500.00.  HARMON’s case will be presented to the next available Grand Jury.
