DRUG SALE CASE INDICTED BY GRAND JURY

On March 8, 2018, deputies with the Tishomingo Sheriff’s Office arrested BRANDON SMITH due to a recent GRAND JURY indictment for the SALE OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE.  SMITH was transported to the Tishomingo County Jail where he was booked in on those charges.

BRANDON SMITH, 39-year-old, white male of 1889 North Pearl Street Iuka, Mississippi was served with a GRAND JURY INDICTMENT for the SALE OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE.  Bond was set by the Grand Jury on the listed charge at $10,000.00.  SMITH remains in custody at the Tishomingo County Jail due to a hold being placed on him by the Mississippi Department of Corrections for violation of his parole.
