FULTON MAN ARRESTED FOR METH

On May 19, 2018, Tishomingo Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop in Tishomingo on HWY 25 for Reckless Driving. Deputies approached the driver of the vehicle, who appeared to show symptoms of being under the influence of some type of narcotic. The deputies also could smell a strong odor of MARIJUANA coming from inside the vehicle as well, to which the driver admitted to smoking MARIJUANA earlier. A search was then conducted of the vehicle and some alleged MARIJUANA along with METHAMPHETMAINE was found in the vehicle. The driver was then placed under arrest and transported to the Tishomingo County Jail.
RYAN LEE HOLM, 30-year-old, white male of 244 Burcd Timbers Rd Fulton, Mississippi was officially charged with FELONY POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE) as well as some other misdemeanor charges. HOLM’s remains in the custody of the Tishomingo County Jail awaiting his bond to be set by Justice Court.
