IUKA MAN CHARGED WITH DRUGS

On May 28, 2018, Tishomingo Sheriff’s deputies attempted to stop a vehicle for careless driving on Highway 25 North.  The vehicle fled crossing oncoming traffic and through a field before pulling to a residence and jumping out of the vehicle and into a swimming pool.  The deputies removed the driver from the pool and placed him under arrest.  During the arrest, some alleged METHAMPHETAMINE was found on the driver.  The driver was then transported to the Tishomingo County Jail.

RONALD LOYD WADKINS, 50-year-old, white male of 2865 HWY 25 Iuka, Mississippi was officially charged with FELONY POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE) as well as other charges related to incident.  WADKINS remains in custody at the Tishomingo County Jail awaiting bond to be set.
