ONE ADULT AND TWO JUVENILES ARRESTED FOR BREAKING INTO CAMPGROUND CHURCH

 

June 7, 2018

On June 5, 2018, the Tishomingo Sheriff’s Office received a call from 911 pertaining to a burglary at Campground United Methodist Church on CR 256 in Iuka.  A witness, that notified 911, was on scene and saw three individuals inside the church.  Deputies arrived on scene and immediately detained all three.  Two of the individuals were juveniles and the other was an adult.  The juveniles were transported to the Juvenile Detention Center after speaking with Youth Court officials and the adult was arrested and transported to the Tishomingo County Jail.

ZACHARY WAYNE WILBANKS, 18-year-old, white male of 290 CR 298 Burnsville, Mississippi was officially charged with BURGLARY OF A CHURCH.  WILBANKS’ remains in the custody of the Tishomingo County Jail awaiting bond to be set.
