DENNIS MAN CHARGED FOR NOT REGISTERING

On September 20, 2018, Tishomingo Sheriff’s Office officially charged TERRY JERRY WHITE with FAILURE TO REGISTER – SEX OFFENDER.  Investigators say that WHITE was charged due to changing his physical address and not notifying authorities as required under state law.  Sheriff John Daugherty warns others that have criminal records like WHITE, who reside in Tishomingo County, to keep their physical locations known to officials because checks on registered sex offenders is always on going.

TERRY JERRY WHITE, 53-years of age, of 17 CR 74 Dennis, Mississippi was officially charged with SEX OFFENDER – FAILURE TO REGISTER.  WHITE’s bond was set by Justice Court at $5,000.00.
