September 24, 2018

On September 21, 2018, the Tishomingo Sheriff’s Office received a 911 transfer pertaining to an individual trying to load up a vehicle onto a trailer around HWY 365.  The owners of the attempted stolen property, followed the alleged Suspect until he pulled up into a driveway of another residence.  Tishomingo Sheriff’s deputies arrived on scene with the caller and after speaking with the owner of property and the owner of the vehicle, learned that the alleged Suspect was using a trailer that was attached to his vehicle and was trying to place the vehicle on the trailer when he was caught by the owner of the property.  The alleged Suspect was then transported to the Tishomingo County Jail.

CHRISTOPHER TAYLOR NUNNELEE, 47-year-old, white male of 903 Franklin Street Corinth, Mississippi was officially charged with THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE.  NUNNELEE’s bond was set at $10,000.00 by Justice Court.
