CARELESS DRIVING LEADS TO DRUG ARREST

On October 20, 2018, Tishomingo Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on HWY 25. During the course of the traffic stop, deputies found several items associated with narcotic activity, such as needles, scales and empty baggies. The driver of the vehicle was arrested and during a search of her person, two bags of alleged METHAMPHETAMINE was found hidden on her. The driver was then transported to the Tishomingo County Jail.
MANDA LYNN DANIELS, 36-year-old, white female of 119 Cypress Street Iuka, Mississippi was officially charged with FELONY POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE) W/INTENT TO SELL. DANIELS’ remains in custody of the Tishomingo County Jail awaiting a bond to be set by Justice Court.
