IUKA MAN CHARGED WITH BURGLARY

October 29, 2018

On October 26, 2018, Tishomingo Sheriff deputies were informed of a possible BURGLARY of a dwelling at a residence on CR 247 in Iuka.  The homeowner had pulled up to his residence and noticed a white male running from inside his residence and into the woods.  The homeowner notified others in the area as well as law enforcement about the incident.  A vehicle was found by deputies broken down on CR 246 that had two occupants inside it.  One of the occupants matched the description of the person described by the Victim as the one that broke into his house.  The alleged Suspect was then transported to the Tishomingo County Jail.

EDDIE HELTON PUCKETT, 39-years-old, of 1269 Pike Street in Iuka, Mississippi was officially charged with BURGLARY OF A DWELLING.  PUCKETT’s bond was set at $10,000.00 by Justice Court.
