BURNSVILLE MAN ARRESTED AGAIN FOR DRUGS AFTER LEAVING JAIL
November 26, 2018
On November 23, 2018, Tishomingo County Sheriff Deputies conducted a traffic stop on CR 175 for Reckless Driving. As deputies were speaking with both the driver and passenger of the vehicle, the deputies recognized the passenger as the individual that was released from the Tishomingo County Jail the previous day. The passenger had an open container of alcohol and was immediately placed under arrest. As the deputies were attempting to arrest the passenger, the passenger attempted to “eat” a bag of alleged METHAMPHETAMINE. Tishomingo County deputies were able to retrieve the bag of alleged narcotics and the deputies also found several prescription pills that the passenger possessed. The passenger was then transported to the Tishomingo County Jail.
