TISHOMINGO MAN ARRESTED FOR INTENT TO SELL DRUGS

On December 8, 2018, Tishomingo County deputies stopped a vehicle on CR 159 in reference to being notified by a call from Alabama, that the vehicle that was stopped, was involved in a possible drug deal in front of a business. The driver and the vehicle were searched by deputies and a large amount of alleged METHAMPHETAMINE was found on the driver. The driver was then transported to the Tishomingo County Jail.
JEFFERY DURHAM, 48-year-old, white male of 115 CR 958 Tishomingo, Mississippi was officially charged with FELONY POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE) WITH INTENT TO SELL. DURHAM remains in the custody of the Tishomingo County Jail awaiting bond to be set by Justice Court. DURHAM is currently out on bond from a previous charge of FELONY drug possession.
