MOOREVILLE MAN ARRESTED FOR DRUGS

On December 9, 2018, Tishomingo County Sheriff’s deputies stopped a vehicle on HWY 25 in the town of Tishomingo for Improper Equipment. During the traffic stop, deputies became suspicious of the driver and asked for Consent to Search of the vehicle. The driver gave permission and the search turned up some alleged METHAMPHETAMINE. The driver was then placed under arrest and transported to the Tishomingo County Jail.
MARTY JACO, 47-year-old, white male of 209 CR 1595 Mooreville, Mississippi was officially charged with FELONY POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE). JACO remains in the custody of the Tishomingo County Jail awaiting bond to be set by Justice Court.
