STOLEN TRUCK RECOVERED FROM AN IUKA WOMAN

On December 12, 2018, Tishomingo County Sheriff’s Office received word from Hardin County Tennessee officials that a vehicle has been reported stolen from there area. Tishomingo County was able to verify that a white 2003 GMC pickup truck was stolen from an individual just across the Tennessee state line. Tishomingo County deputies located the vehicle at a residence, just north of the city limits of Iuka. Deputies were able to determine the driver of the vehicle and that driver was arrested and transported to the Tishomingo County Jail.
ANDREA LEAH RAPER, 38-year-old, white female of 41B CR 166 Iuka, Mississippi, was officially charged with POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY. RAPER remains in the custody of the Tishomingo County Jail awaiting bond to be set by Justice Court. RAPER also has a “hold” for her placed by the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office in Savannah, Tennessee.
