TUSCUMBIA WOMAN ARRESTED FOR DRUGS

On December 13, 2018, the Tishomingo County Sheriff’s Department received a call about a vehicle stopping in front of houses and acting suspicious. Tishomingo County South-End Constable, Donald Thomas, found the vehicle in the city limits of Belmont and conducted a traffic stop with assistance from the Belmont Police Department. After speaking to the driver, officers learned that the driver was operating the vehicle on suspended drivers license. The driver was then arrested and transported to the Tishomingo County Jail. Once at the jail, Tishomingo County Jail Correction Officers found some alleged METHAMPHETAMINE on the driver during a physical search.
JODI BOHN, 37-year-old, white female of 20480 HWY 72 West Tuscumbia, Alabama was officially charged with FELONY POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE). BOHN remains in the custody of the Tishomingo County Jail awaiting bond to be set by Justice Court. BOHN will also have pending charges by the Tishomingo County Constable.
