BURGLARY OF SOFTBALL PARK LEADS TO ARRESTS

On June 29, 2016, at approximately 0530 hours (5:30 am) the Tishomingo Sheriff’s Department along with the Iuka Police Department detain three individuals due to a break-in at the Iuka Softball Fields. The officers and the deputies were able to recover some of the items, but due to items being perishable, it was determined it was a total loss. Right under $2,000.00 worth of items and food were taken. Arrested are the following with charges:
- BRANDON EDWARDS – 36-year-old white male of 1701 Red Bud Lane Iuka, Mississippi was charged with: BURGLARY OF COMMERCIAL BUILDING
- AMANDA JARADAT – 30-year-old white female also of 1701 Red Bud Lane Iuka, Mississippi was charged with: ACCESSORY AFTER THE FACT- BURGLARY
- BILLY PATTERSON – 36-year-old white male of 1969 Maria Lane Iuka, Mississippi was charged with: ACCESSORY AFTER THE FACT – BURGLARY
All three are awaiting bond to be set. Sheriff Daugherty would like to thank the Iuka Police Department in there help and assistance with this case.
