BOONEVILLE MAN CHARGED FOR DRUGS

 

December 27, 2018

On December 23, 2018, Tishomingo County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the Paden area for driving in a restricted area of the Tenn-Tom Waterway.  During the traffic stop, deputies observed pipes used to ingest drugs, laying in plain view.  The driver was arrested and once at the Tishomingo County Jail, Correction Officers found some alleged METHAMPHETAMINE in the pocket of the driver.

BARRON MCKINNEY, 53-year-old, white male of 104 Cardinal Drive Booneville, Mississippi was officially charged with FELONY POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE).  This case will be presented to the next available Grand Jury.
