IUKA MAN CHARGED FOR BURGLARY

On December 28, 2018, Tishomingo County Sheriff Investigators charged BENTLY LEE MOSS for BURGLARY OF A DWELLING. On October 3, 2018, a homeowner notified the Tishomingo Sheriff’s Office of their home being burglarized. The home, located on CR 392 in the Tishomingo area. Approximately $2,500 worth of items were taken from the residence, but some of the items have been returned.
BENTLY LEE MOSS, 37-year-old, white male of 703 Adams Street Iuka, Mississippi was officially charged with BURGLARY OF A DWELLING. MOSS’s bond was set by Justice Court at $25,000. MOSS also has some outstanding misdemeanor WARRANTS for his arrest as well.
