MDOC WARRANT LEADS TO ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR IUKA MAN

On February 20, 2019, Tishomingo County Sheriff’s deputies spotted an individual in a vehicle that was known to be ABSCONDED from the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC). A search of the vehicle yielded some alleged METHAMPHETAMINE being found in a cigarette pack. Deputies then transported the individual to the Tishomingo County Jail.
BRANDON MICHAEL CARTER, 37-year-old, white male, of 16A CR 483 Iuka, Mississippi was officially charged with FELONY POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE). CARTER’s bond was set by the Tishomingo County Justice Court at $10,000.00. CARTER also has a hold placed on him by the Mississippi Department of Corrections for the outstanding WARRANT.
