ONE ARRESTED FOR FAIL TO REGISTER AS SEX OFFENDER

The Tishomingo Sheriff’s Department has officially charged ANDREW BLAKE YANDELL, 24-year-old, 709 West Third Street, Iuka, Mississippi, with FAIL TO REGISTER – SEX OFFENDER.  YANDELL’s prior address was in the Belmont area and he had failed to notify the Sheriff’s Department of his recent change.

YANDELL is currently in custody of the Tishomingo County Jail where he is charged with Felony charges from Belmont Police Department and also has a WARRANT from the Town of Golden. YANDELL currently had a $50,000.00 FELONY BOND set for the charges out of Belmont, he is currently awaiting a FELONY BOND to be set on his additional charge.
