DENNIS MAN ARRESTED AGAIN FOR DOPE

On March 22, 2019, Tishomingo County Sheriff deputies responded to the area of CR 82 and CR 102, in the Tishomingo area, in reference to a welfare check on a person sitting in a vehicle. When deputies arrived, they observed a vehicle sitting in the roadway blocking traffic. Deputies noticed that the driver appeared to be unconscious as they approached the vehicle. Deputies could also smell an odor of MARIJUANA coming from the vehicle. Deputies removed the driver and a search of the vehicle yielded a large amount of alleged METHAMPHETAMINE in separate baggies along with a small amount of alleged MARIJUANA. Deputies also recovered some scales as well as SUBOXONE. The driver was then transported to the Tishomingo County Jail.
BILLY DON HALL, 36-year-old, white male of 30 CR 42 Dennis, Mississippi was officially charged with FELONY POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE) W/INTENT TO SELL. HALL’s bond was set by the Tishomingo County Justice Court at $10,000. HALL also has a hold placed on him by the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC).
