TISHOMINGO AND PRENTISS COUNTY S.O. RESPOND TO PROWLER CALL
August 12, 2019
On August 10, 2019, Tishomingo County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of two people walking around houses on CR 133 in the Paden area. Tishomingo County Sheriff’s deputies were joined by fellow deputies from Prentiss County due to the call being on the county line for both agencies. Deputies from both agencies found the two individuals that were walking around and one of the individuals attempted to throw some drug paraphernalia in a ditch. That individual was immediately placed under arrest and transported to the Tishomingo County Jail. While at the jail, the individual attempted to hide a blue bag of powder that was in his clothes. Correctional officers were able to retrieve this and turned it over to the deputes. The powder was later to be determined to be crushed prescription pills.
TIMOTHY WHITE, 32-year-old, white male, of 8 Carpenter Drive Burnsville, Mississippi was officially charged with INTRODUCTION OF NARCOTICS INTO A CORRECTIONAL FACILITY. WHITE’s bond was set by the Tishomingo County Justice Court at $5,000. WHITE is also currently on PROBATION with the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC).
