JOINT INVESTIGATION LEADS TO MULTIPLE DRUG ARRESTS

JOINT INVESTIGATION LEADS TO MULTIPLE DRUG ARRESTS

The Tishomingo Sheriff’s Office along with the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics (MBN), have been arrested several individuals over the past few weeks in reference to the SELLING OF NARCOTICS as well as the POSSESSION OF NARCOTICS. Deputies and Investigators, along with MBN Agents have been closely working with in conjunction with the Belmont Police Department, Iuka Police Department and the Burnsville Police Department, to help curb the sell of several different kinds of illegal drugs. This is an ongoing investigation by all agencies involved and more arrests will be made.

Those arrested in this investigation are as follows:

AIMEE LEWIS, 47-year-old, white female, of 255 CR 180 Iuka, Mississippi. LEWIS was officially charged with SALE OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE). LEWIS’ bond was set by the Tishomingo County Justice Court at $10,000.

JONATHAN DERRICK DURHAM, 39-year-old, white male, of 165 CR 155 Iuka, Mississippi. DURHAM was officially charged with POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE) W/INTENT TO SELL. DURHAM’s bond was set by the Tishomingo County Justice Court at $20,000.

ROZELYN CREE CAST, 20-year-old, white female, of 910 Westwood Circle Iuka, Mississippi. CAST was officially charged with POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE) W/INTENT TO SELL. CAST’s bond was set by the Tishomingo County Justice Court at $7,500.

JEFFERY SCOTT FLACK, 37-year-old, white male, of Iuka, Mississippi. FLACK was officially charged with POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE) W/1,500’ OF SCHOOL, FELONY TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE, FELONY INTRODUCTION OF NARCOTICS INTO A CORRECTIONAL FACITLITY and SALE OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. FLACK’s bond was set by the Tishomingo County Justice Court at $30,000.

PATRICIA LAMBERT, 47-year-old, white female, of 106 CR 196 Iuka, Mississippi. LAMBERT was officially charged with SALE OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. LAMBERT’s bond was set by the Tishomingo County Justice Court at $7,500.

JEFFERY GOBER, 45-year-old, white male of 578 CR 864 Belmont, Mississippi. GOBER was officially charged with two (2) counts of SALE OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE and FELONY POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. GOBER’s bond was set by the Tishomingo County Justice Court at $20,000.

KIMBERLY DAWN ROSSER WOOTEN PETTIGO, 43-year-old, white female, of 14 CR 28 Dennis, Mississippi. PETTIGO was officially charged with two (2) counts of SALE OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. PETTIGO’s bond was set by the Tishomingo County Justice Court at $10,000.

JIMMY QUILLEN, 65-year-old, white male, of 112 CR 147 Tishomingo, Mississippi. QUILLEN was officially charged with two (2) counts of SALE OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. QUILLEN’s bond was set by the Tishomingo County Justice Court at $10,000.

BOBBY JOHN VOYLES, 42-year-old, white male, of 116 Jefferson Street Burnsville, Mississippi was officially charged with SALE OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, FELONY INTRODUCTION OF NARCOTICS INTO A CORRECTIONAL FACILITY and FELONY TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE. VOYLE’s bond is still currently pending at this time.

OTIS JEAN FARRIS, 38-year-old, white male, of 20 CR 430 Iuka, Mississippi. FARRIS was officially charged with FELONY POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. FARRIS’s bond was set by the Tishomingo County Justice Court at $2,500.

JOSHUA SHEA SCOTT, 40-year-old, white male, of 40 Yarber Street Belmont, Mississippi. SCOTT was officially charged with SALE OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. SCOTT’s bond was set by the Tishomingo County Justice Court at $7,500.

WILLIAM DANIEL FRANKS, 37-year-old, white male, of Cherokee, Alabama. FRANKS was officially charged with FELONY POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE). FRANKS is currently in the custody of Colbert County Alabama on unrelated charges.
