NARCOTICS FOUND ON MAN WITH OUTSTANDING WARRANT

On October 1, 2020, Tishomingo County Sheriff's deputies responded to Main Street in the town of Tishomingo, in reference to a male laying on the side walk in front of a business. When deputies arrived on scene, the individual appeared to be sleeping. Deputies awoke the individual and a pat-down for weapons yielded some alleged METHAMPHETAMINE and numerous prescribed narcotics. Deputies then learned that this particular individual had an ALIAS CAPIAS with the Tishomingo County Circuit Clerks Office to be picked up and held without bond. Deputies then transported the individual to the Tishomingo County Jail.
BLAINE BAILEY, 30-year-old, white male of 28 CR 175 Tishomingo, Mississippi was officially charged with the following: POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE) and POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (HYDROCODONE). Bailey also was served the ALIAS CAPIAS Warrant, due to a previous Felony drug indictment.
