March 1, 2021
On February 22, 2021, Tishomingo County Sheriff's deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on HWY 365, due to erratic driving. During the traffic stop, deputies observed some drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle as well as a strong odor of narcotics coming from inside said vehicle. At this time, deputies placed both the drive and passenger under arrest for the paraphernalia and a search of the vehicle yielded a large amount of alleged Methamphetamine, a large amount of alleged Marijuana, Oxycodone, Hydrocodone, and various other prescribed prescription pills in two separate bags inside the vehicle.
