MBN & TISHOMINGO S.O. MAKE ARRESTS

On November 3, 2016, the Tishomingo Sheriff’s Department along with the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics charged two subjects with FELONY POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE. This was due to deputies and agents for the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics, went to a residence on CR 279 and conducted a search of the property. During the course of the search, law enforcement found in the personal belongings of both TIMOTHY JAMES SANDERS and CHRISTOPHER ANTHONY HEARN. Both of these men were arrested and transported to the Tishomingo County Jail.
CHRISTOPHER ANTHONY HEARN, 37-year-old, white male of 6770 CR 961 Dennis, Mississippi was officially charged with FELONY POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE). HEARN had his bond set at $10,000.00.
TIMOTHY JAMES SANDERS, 28-year-old, white male of 34 CR 192 Iuka, Mississippi was also officially charged with FELONY POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE). SANDERS bond was also set at $10,000.00.
