WELFARE CONCERN LEADS TO ARREST

On November 6, 2016, the Tishomingo Sheriff’s Department conducted a “WELFARE CHECK” at a residence on CR 150 in Iuka. Deputies were at the residence looking for a JESSICA FRANKS and the homeowner of the residence gave the deputies permission to search the residence for FRANKS. FRANKS was found at the residence and also was found to be in possession of some alleged METHAMPHETAMINE. FRANKS was then transported to the Tishomingo County Jail pending charges.

JESSICA HALEY FRANKS, 34-year-old, white female, of 1108 South Pearl Street Iuka, Mississippi was officially charged with FELONY POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE). FRANKS is currently in custody at the Tishomingo County Jail awaiting bond to be set.
