DRUG INVESTIGATION LEADS TO BOND REVOCATION

On December 9, 2016, Tishomingo Sheriff’s Deputies arrested RANDY BUCHANON at his residence on Cr 124 in Tishomingo, Mississippi. This arrest comes after several months of investigation into BUCHANON’s alleged dealings in the SALE OF METHAMPHETAMINE. BUCHANON was arrested due to a pick-up order issued by the 1st District Circuit Court Judge, due to BUCHANON being previously arrested for a prior drug charge in Alcorn County, while he was already out on bond for a FELONY drug charge in Tishomingo County. Deputies also issued a SEARCH WARRANT on the residence of BUCHANON and found on the property more alleged narcotics and paraphernalia. Some alleged MARIJUANA was found on BUCHANON at the time of his arrest.
RANDY BUCHANON, 34-year-old, white-male, of 89 CR 124 Tishomingo, Mississippi was officially charged with SALE OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAPHETMAINE). BUCHANON will go in front of a Circuit Court Judge at a later time, for his BOND REVOCATION HEARING.
