PADEN MAN ARRESTED FOR METHAMPHETAMINE

On February 15, 2017, Tishomingo Sheriff Deputies observed a vehicle in the parking lot at a local business in Iuka. The deputies noticed that the driver of the vehicle was slumped over as if they were in need of medical attention. Deputies made contact with the driver and found that the driver was asleep and after several attempts, the deputies were able to wake the driver. After the deputies spoke with the driver, it was apparent that the driver was under the influence of narcotics. The driver refused any medical treatment and the deputies then checked the driver for any weapons. The deputies did discover some alleged METHAMPHETAMINE in the pocket of the driver. The driver was then transported to the Tishomingo County Jail where he was booked in and charged.
RONALD DALE GANN, 45-year-old, white male of 22 Railroad Avenue, Paden, Mississippi was officially charged with FELONY OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE). GANN remains in custody at the Tishomingo County Jail awaiting bond to be set.
